Instrumentation includes ICPMS (coupled with Laser Ablation, GC, and LC), ICP, CV/AF, XRF, GC, GCMS, LC, LCMS, IC, NMR, FTIR, UV/Vis, as well as extensive wet chemistry offerings. Currently we have the following openings:
NMR/FTIR Spectroscopist - Analytical chemist with a BS or MS in Organic Chemistry and 3+ years of hands on experience with NMR and FTIR. This person will prepare and analyze a variety of samples for 1H, 13C, and other isotopes on a Bruker 500 MHz NMR using 1D and 2D techniques. He/she will also be responsible for identification by FTIR. They will be working in a FDA registered lab which requires strict compliance with quality control and FDA cGMP regulations.
ICP-MS/ICP-OES Senior Chemist - Analytical chemist with at least a BS degree and 15+ years experience with trace metals analysis in the pharma and environmental areas. This person should be knowledgeable in modern sample preparation and analysis techniques together with experience in cGMP quality systems. The successful candidate may become involved in method development and validation, and therefore they must have strong communication and writing skills as well as word processing and spreadsheet experience.
