Prop 65 Web Sites
Prop 65 is regulated by Cal
EPA through the Office of Environmental
Health Hazard Assessment (OEHHA). Their site gives general information
including safe
limits.
The Prop 65 Page by Jeffrey Margulies and the Prop 65 News provide excellent overviews. The Prop 65 News publishes a newsletter which reviews
legal activities involving this proposition. Past newsletters are posted
on the web site. Each issue also contains information on the
chemical of the month.
The Prop
65 News web site allows you to subscribe to the newsletter
(a single complimentary issue is free). On the web site you can
also order Roger Carrick's Handbook, a desk reference
on the legal aspects.
