Prop 65 is regulated by Cal EPA through the Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (OEHHA). Their site gives general information on Prop 65 including safe limits.

The Prop 65 Page by Jeffrey Margulies and the Prop 65 News provide excellent overviews of Prop 65. The Prop 65 News publishes a newsletter which reviews legal activities involving Proposition 65. Past newsletters are posted on the web site. Each issue also contains information on the chemical of the month and its Proposition 65 status.

The Prop 65 News web site allows you to subscribe to the newsletter (a single complimentary issue is free). On the web site you can also order Roger Carrick's Prop 65 Handbook, a desk reference on the legal aspects of Proposition 65.

The Prop 65 Clearinghouse offers consulting services to law firms, associations, and public interest groups. They also provide literature research and organize conferences.
