WCAS announces the purchase of a new liquid chromatography-quadrupole mass spectrometer (LC-MS/MS) system, a Varian 1200L.  

The system has the following features:

  • triple quadrupole for MS/MS
  • atmospheric pressure ionization source (APCI)
  • electrospray source (ESI)
  • +/- mass spectrometer
  • curved collision cell
  • 10-1500 amu mass range
  • 105 linear dynamic range
  • fg-pg sensitivity for model compounds

The HPLC system includes a photodiode array detector.
